Customer Success is the backbone of every company with a land-and-expand model, which translates to a revenue team that must be measured on Net Revenue Churn or in other words: Retain Revenue + Expansion Revenue Generated.

However, sadly, we live in a world where most CS leaders came from Customer SERVICE instead of sales. Here is what we propose: Instead of spending 6 figures hiring one CS leader at this stage, hire us and while managing the team we will also train and mentor your best CS to replace us in the next 7 to 9 months.

HIRE or MATCH

Based on our discovery call, we can match you with some of our existing CSMs to create a dedicated team that will work with and for you. 

You will interview them, and if you approve we will start the training process so in less than 3 weeks, they can get started with you.

If not, we will procure other CSMs from our existing data base of over 2300 CSMs in LATAM, test them and once matches are done start the interview process, in the same 3 weeks.

TRAIN

The CS team will go through our standard CS training just to make sure everyone shares the same knowledge. 3 days later, they will join your regular onboarding and start operating as soon as that is done.

MANAGE

This is your team, they will join your tech stack, they will report to you, and they will be your DEDICATED TEAM. However, we will make sure that performance is on point and replace/substitute reps if they underperform or grow the team on demand.

Besides, you will not have any legal obligation toward your Gobvio Reps. As Gobvio will own that relationship.
